A1 DUÓ Kft. has received funding as the winner of the GINOP_PLUSZ-2.1.3-24 call within the framework of the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme Plus. At its Ercsi site, the company can use HUF 49.98 million in non-refundable European Union funding to renew its production and marketing processes.
As part of the production process innovation implemented within the A1 DUÓ Kft. project, efficiency improvements will be achieved through the introduction of an advanced automated system with remote access capabilities, the development and replacement of the existing physical-chemical cleaning line, the improvement of the water system, and the reduction of fossil fuel consumption. These developments will enable cleaning processes to be carried out faster and more efficiently, while the significant reduction in fossil energy use can contribute to achieving sustainability objectives.
An important element of the project is the development of the marketing and customer relationship management system. Through the introduction of CRM processes, customer management and order tracking will become digitalised and more transparent, while the quality of internal marketing communication and information provided to partners will improve (e.g. accurate monitoring of capacity utilisation and rapid tracking of available appointment slots).
The project comprehensively renews the foundations of A1 DUÓ Kft.’s operations. The automation of production processes, the digitalisation of marketing and customer management, and the indirect optimisation of logistics and organisational processes resulting from the developments will jointly contribute to improving competitiveness and supporting sustainable growth.
The project is implemented within the framework of the Széchenyi Plan Plus programme, under the call “GINOP_PLUSZ-2.1.3-24 Support for the innovation capability of SMEs”, with the support of the European Union and co-financing from the Hungarian State.

Within the framework of the Széchenyi 2020 call for proposals entitled “Support for building energy developments aimed at promoting the use of renewable energy and increasing energy efficiency”, A1 DUÓ Kft. was awarded non-refundable funding of HUF 7,359,700.
As part of the project entitled “Implementation of a solar energy development at A1 DUÓ Kft.”, with eligible costs amounting to HUF 13,381,273, the company implemented the installation and commissioning of solar panels placed on the roof structure of the facility.
The 214 solar panels and 1 inverter to be installed are capable of generating 30–35% of the electricity consumed during the operation of the facility. This enables the company to access electricity at favourable long-term costs, contributing to the reduction of operating expenses while adapting to continuously changing economic conditions.
The solar energy system represents a clear and visible message to our customers and visitors regarding A1 DUÓ Kft.’s commitment to environmental protection and sustainability. It can serve as an example and inspiration for other companies as well.

Within the framework of the Széchenyi 2020 funding call entitled “Increasing the competitiveness of SMEs through adaptive technological innovation”, A1 DUÓ Kft. was awarded a non-refundable grant of HUF 14,100,680.
As part of the project entitled “Implementation of innovative technological development at A1 DUÓ Kft.”, with eligible costs of HUF 28,201,361, the company is implementing the development of its IBC tank cleaning activities.
The Kärcher IBC tank cleaning equipment to be purchased will enable the simultaneous cleaning of 8 IBC containers (tanks), allowing the cleaning process to be carried out quickly and efficiently and enabling us to meet the currently very high demand from our customers.
The development of our IBC tank cleaning activities will also enable us to expand our range of services.
Equipment procurement and modernisation at A1 Duó Kft
A1 Duó Kft. has successfully implemented two investments aimed at technological development with the support of the European Union and co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund.
As part of the first project, A1 Duó Kft. acquired modern equipment representing a high technological standard, including the purchase and commissioning of a complete tank cleaning system.
As part of the second project, our company installed and commissioned a modern wastewater treatment and sludge removal system at its premises on Battai út in Ercsi. The equipment and associated technology are suitable for the efficient treatment of industrial wastewater generated during tank cleaning and its safe discharge back into the environment.
